PILFERAGE CLAIM PROCESS
If you receive an order and believe items are missing or the package was tampered with, here's how to raise a claim:
● You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery — claims made after this window won't be accepted.
● You'll receive an email asking for a brief description of the issue and photographs of the package (focusing on any damaged or tampered areas).
Please note that your claim may not qualify for a refund if:
● You're unable to provide adequate details about the issue.
● You don't supply the required photographs of the packaging.
● You received an opened delivery but didn't report it the same day.
● You've already disposed of the packaging — please hold on to it for 3–4 days after delivery, as we may need to collect it for investigation.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to enforce any right or clause in these Terms doesn't mean we've waived that right — we can still act on it later.
These Terms, along with any policies or rules we post on this site, represent the full agreement between you and us. They replace any previous discussions, agreements, or understandings — written or verbal — that may have existed.
