For orders within India, delivery typically takes 4–6 business days. For international orders, please allow 10–12 working days. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 business days of being placed.

Shipping within India is completely free of charge. For international deliveries, shipping fees apply and are calculated on a volumetric basis. The applicable charges will be displayed at the time of checkout before you complete your purchase.

Customs or import duty is determined and levied by the government of the destination country. These charges vary by country and are governed by local laws and regulations. AyushSharma Sarees has no control over customs duty amounts, and they cannot be predicted or altered by us.

International customers are solely responsible for any applicable VAT, import duties, or local taxes. These charges must be paid directly to our courier partner at the time of delivery.

For domestic shipments, we primarily use Delhivery and Blue Dart. If neither service covers your delivery address, we use Speed Post as an alternative. For all international orders, we partner with DHL.

Once dispatched, we will send you an email containing the name of the courier company along with your tracking number. You can use this information on the courier's website to monitor your shipment. We can process cancellation requests only when the order has not yet been fulfilled or dispatched. Once an order has been processed, cancellation is no longer possible. If eligible, we will cancel the order and initiate a full refund.

Once your cancellation has been confirmed, the refund will be initiated and credited to your account within 7–10 working days.

Returns are accepted only in cases where the product received is defective or damaged. We do not offer returns or refunds for weaving-related imperfections inherent to the fabric, such as weft direction issues, loose weft, warp streaks, tight or slack picks,
or tails. If you are dissatisfied with the color, size, shape, or quality of the product, an exchange may be arranged instead. All returned items must be in their original, unused, and unwashed condition with tags and labels intact, folds preserved, and returned in the original packaging. Items missing tags, with damaged folding, or in unsaleable condition will not be eligible for return or exchange. Refund or replacement requests based on false, exaggerated, or unsubstantiated complaints will also not be entertained.

An exchange can be requested within 7 days of receiving the product if you are not satisfied with the color, size, shape, or quality. The exchange will be made for another product of equal or greater value. Items returned for exchange must be unused, unwashed, have all original tags and labels in place, folds intact, and be returned in the original packaging along with the invoice. Items that arrive without proper folding, with missing or damaged tags, or in an unsaleable condition will not be eligible for exchange.

Returns are only accepted for sarees that have a confirmed defect or damage. Sarees in good condition are not eligible for return. If your saree has a defect, please notify us within 3 days of receipt by emailing orders@ayushsharmasarees.com. Your email must include a detailed description of the defect along with clear photographs and a video showing the issue. Please do not ship the item back without first consulting with our team. Once approved, the product must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

After the refund has been initiated, it typically takes 7–10 working days to reflect in your account. Refunds will be credited through the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges, including any applicable customs duties, when returning a product. These charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
