International Shipping

Our products are available for worldwide delivery, covering the vast majority of countries where dependable courier services operate. For all international orders, shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer and are collected at the time of checkout.

Shipping costs for overseas orders are determined by several factors, including the total weight and dimensions of the parcel (product plus packaging materials) and the destination country. When you add a product to your cart and proceed to checkout, the system will automatically calculate and display the precise shipping cost applicable to your order.

Please be aware that for residential deliveries in the USA and select other countries, packages may be left at the door if no one is present to receive them, and our courier partners will be unable to provide a signed delivery confirmation in such situations. To avoid any potential disputes, we strongly encourage customers to arrange for someone to be present at the delivery address when a delivery attempt is expected.

 

VAT & Customs Duties

For all international shipments, any applicable VAT, customs charges, or import duties imposed by the destination country are entirely the responsibility of the customer. These fees fall outside our control, and we are unable to predict them in advance, as they differ widely from one country to another. Additionally, the courier company may apply supplementary service charges on top of customs duties on a case-by-case basis.

 

Shipping within India

We are proud to offer complimentary shipping to every address across India. To help us deliver your order as swiftly as possible, please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate postal address, including the correct PIN code, when placing your order.

 

Delivery Information

We deliver products to all cities within India and to international destinations where feasible. We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays resulting from incomplete or inaccurate address details provided by the customer. Should a re-shipment of the same order be required, the associated re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

If a recipient is unavailable to accept a delivery for any reason, we will not issue a refund or credit, nor will we attempt re-shipment of the order. If you require delivery on a specific date, please indicate your preferred delivery date in the message box during checkout. Absent any such instruction, the parcel will be dispatched and delivered at the earliest available opportunity.

Customers must supply a full and accurate delivery address, including the correct PIN or ZIP code. Any delivery issues arising from incorrect address information are not our responsibility. For reference, the “Billing Address” refers to where you receive billing correspondence, while the “Shipping Address” refers to the location where your order should be delivered.

When multiple items are ordered, they may be dispatched separately depending on product availability and shipping logistics. All products are dispatched from Kolkata, India.

Courier Partners & Transit Times

Every order is packed with the utmost care to ensure safe transit. We partner with reputable courier agencies—DTDC and Delhivery for domestic shipments, and DHL for international deliveries. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days within India and 8–10 working days for international orders, calculated from the date of dispatch.

Order Processing & Shipment Timelines

Each product listing includes an estimated shipment timeframe displayed alongside the item image. These timelines are approximate and may vary depending on product availability and other relevant factors. For a more precise estimate, feel free to contact us with the item code(s) of the product(s) you are interested in.

Standard orders are generally processed within 24-48 hours of being placed.

Transit Risk

Once a parcel has been handed over to the postal or courier agency, we are no longer responsible for it. We have every confidence in the reliability of our courier partners and their ability to deliver your order safely and on time. However, we cannot be held liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in whole or in part after being left at the customer’s address by the postal or courier service.

Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order is handed to the courier, we will send you an email notification containing the courier’s website link, your tracking number, and the estimated delivery date, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress at any time.

You may also track your order directly through the “Track Order” button located in the footer of our website. Please note that tracking numbers may take up to 24–48 business hours to become active on the courier’s tracking system after dispatch.

Changing Your Delivery Address

Requests to modify the delivery address can be accommodated within 24 hours of placing your order. Please email your request to orders@ayushsharmasarees.com and we will make the necessary changes. Once the shipment has left our premises, however, we are unable to alter the delivery address.

Shipping Delays

The shipment timelines indicated on our website are estimates only. On occasion, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may cause delays. In such cases, refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges will not be offered solely on the grounds of delayed shipment.

Nonetheless, we value your patronage and may, at our discretion, offer goodwill gestures such as store credit for future purchases or a complimentary gift, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

In situations where a significant delay is anticipated—whether due to a product being temporarily out of stock or any other reason—we will proactively notify you via email so that you are kept informed throughout the process.
